Diabetic Foot Assessments - £25

A diabetic foot assessment involves a thorough examination to identify potential problems and assess the risk of future complications.

This includes checking for nerve damage (neuropathy), poor blood flow (ischaemia), ulcers, calluses, infection, and foot deformities. Regular foot checks, both by healthcare professionals and individuals, are crucial for early detection and prevention of serious issues.

We will provide a copy of this assessment for you to give your GP or Diabetic nurse.

Fungal Nail testing - £25

This is an in-clinic 5 minute fungal nail test that uses a small nail clipping to quickly and accurately detect the Prescence of a fungal nail infection allowing for the correct treatment.

If the test is positive, we can discuss the most appropriate treatment plan.

and if the result is negative, this means that a fungal infection is not the cause of your nails appearance.

Curacorn ® - £250 per corn

Curacorn ® is a podiatrist-developed treatment that uses hyaluronic acid gel injections to cushion corns & calluses from the inside.

This technique provides long-term pain relief by creating a gel cushion under the skin, reducing the need for frequent debridement or bulky padding.

The procedure is performed by a qualified registered podiatrist to help with pain, pressure relief and thinning fat pads on the feet.

Please book a general chiropody appointment first to determine your suitability for the Curacorn ®.
